Reservation Policies:

The balance of the reservation must be paid in full thirty days prior to the arrival date and reservations made within thirty days of the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

20% deposits are required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but this may be transferable depending on the circumstances and before 30 days from the arrival date. Final payments or deposits made 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Upon check-in, a $500 refundable damage deposit is required to cover any damages to the Villa and our property. Damage deposits will be refunded within 24-48 hours of check out once the Villas have been cleared of any damages.
