HEALTH & SAFETY PROGRAM
Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is our top priority.
At Beachwalk Villas, we follow state and local guidelines to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for each guest.
We have set up basic safety equipment such as Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors and Fire extinguishers inside the Villas. Surveillance cameras, Additional Fire Extinguishers, and Safety instruction signs are placed in the exterior common areas for your convenience.
For your health and safety, we have stayed up to date with the CDC guidelines and with the city ordinances
regarding the COVID -19 pandemic. Currently and as per the CDC guidelines, we ask that guests practice social distancing protocols and that masks mandates are observed as per the city governmental agencies.
At Beachwalk Villas, with our already detailed cleaning practices, we have been able to update the cleaning protocols requiring that all surfaces be thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectant. In addition, we are regularly sanitizing guest rooms and shared spaces.
In common areas, we require that shared surfaces are treated and disinfected; and that cleaning is done with increased frequency. We also provide common sanitizing stations for guests and visitors.
Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests and associates continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel. All Associates working in substantial or high transmission areas as defined by the CDC are required to wear face coverings when indoors.
