Before you book

Reservation Policies

Everything you need to know before booking your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability)
  • Self check-in via keyless entry — instructions provided 24 hours before arrival

Deposits & Payment

  • A security deposit is required at time of booking
  • Full payment is due at time of reservation
  • Accepted payment methods: major credit cards
  • Security deposit refunded within 7 days of check-out, pending inspection

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in: full refund minus processing fee
  • Cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: no refund
  • In case of documented medical emergency, exceptions may be considered

Guest Policy

  • Maximum occupancy as listed per villa — strictly enforced
  • All guests must be registered at time of booking
  • Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book
  • Valid government-issued ID required at check-in

House Rules

  • No smoking anywhere on the property (including patios and balconies)
  • No pets allowed
  • No parties or events
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Trash must be disposed of properly in designated areas
  • Treat the villa with respect — damages will be charged to the security deposit

Parking

  • One parking space included per villa
  • Additional vehicles must be approved in advance
  • RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles not permitted
